This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to work from our Rosedale office, as a member of the physical products engineering team developing high-quality firmware for the control and operation of WDTL electronic commutated (EC) motors and IOT refrigeration products 


To be considered for this role, technical knowledge and experience in the following are essential: 

  • Proven experience (over 3 years) as an embedded firmware engineer 
  • Degree in Electronics and Control Engineering or equivalent  
  • Experience programming in C and C++ for embedded environments. 
  • Proficiency in the following languages: Python, Perl, Linux BASH. 
  • Experience with real-time operation and design 
  • Highly competent in embedded microcontrollers, primarily STM32 ARM architecture 
  • Knowledge of RTOS and Bare-metal design and development principles  
  • Excellent English written and oral technical communication skills.  
  • Meticulous attention to detail and process-orientated approach 
  • Self-disciplined team player, able to work in multi-disciplinary team environment 
  • Good written and verbal communication to all internal and external stakeholders
