We are looking for a passionate Scrum Master who is looking for a permanent employment to join our team. This position is primarily focused on ensuring that Wellington’s delivery teams adopt modern agile practices and principles that promote collaboration between various departments and help teams deliver successful outcomes for our customers. To lead agile practices in the team and utilising continuous improvement, you will need to have strong leadership skills and excellent stakeholder management skills.


About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic Scrum Master keen to join our passionate team and contribute to our current transformations and new product evolution. This role instils agile ways of working, helps remove impediments to progress, and fosters an environment of continuous improvement, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. You will be coordinating teams to understand and meet both the functional and non-functional requirements of the organisation and its customers.


To be considered for this role, technical knowledge and experience in the following are essential:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience as Scrum Master role in an Agile environment
  • A strong track record of creating self-managing autonomous teams through guiding and coaching of agile practices.
  • A self starter who has strong leadership skills
  • A team player attitude with the willingness to be flexible
  • Highest levels of integrity and confidentiality with strong results and customer focus.
  • Strong technical mindset and systems experience
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, teaching and problem-solving skills
  • Delivery focused with an interest in developing a good working culture
  • Experience in IoT industry is preferred but not essential
